# Entrance
Welcome to Very Normal’s Statistical Garden.
I’ve always wanted to create a unique learning resource, and it turns out a Obsidian was just what I was looking for. The name of the project comes from the idea of a [digital garden](https://obsidian.rocks/creating-a-digital-garden-in-obsidian/#What-is-a-digital-garden), a philosophy of note taking centered around exploration instead of explanation.
I believe that the best learning comes when you can form connections between topics. This is especially true with statistics, which is infamously opaque. Obsidian’s robust linking functionality makes it easy to link related concepts and allow people to explore concepts that are interesting to them.
As my time in school is coming to a close, I wanted to document everything that I’ve learned in graduate school. This lets me reinforce my knowledge in a way that makes sense to me, and it lets me share it with others.
Feel free to explore the garden; but beware that the content, paths and notes will be in flux as I see fit.
If you have a specific concept you're looking for, you can:
1. Search for it using the bar on the left side
2. Check the [[Tag List]] — clicking a tag will show relevant notes.
3. Look at my [[Biostatistics Courses]] — which also organizes my tags in a terms of how I learned it in school.
